Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

How we make money and our commitment to transparency

Last Updated: March 18, 2026

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255, as amended July 2023), this page discloses the material connections between StartupBros LLC and third parties whose products or services may appear on or be linked from this website.

How StartupBros Makes Money

StartupBros LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides educational content, courses, coaching, community access, and resources related to starting and growing businesses. We generate revenue in the following ways:

  1. Product and service sales. We sell courses, coaching programs, community memberships, and educational resources. This is our primary source of revenue.
  2. Affiliate commissions. Some links on our website, in our courses, in our emails, and in our other content are affiliate links. When you click on these links and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may earn a referral commission from the third-party provider.
  3. Related products. We operate multiple brands and products, including PRBot (AI-powered media outreach) and other tools. References to these products constitute material connections.

We believe you deserve to know when a financial relationship exists between us and any company or product we mention.

Affiliate Links in Our Content

Our website, blog posts, email newsletters, course materials, and social media content may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services that we recommend. These may include software tools, hosting providers, business services, books, and other resources relevant to starting and growing a business.

How to Identify Affiliate Links

We strive to identify affiliate links where they appear in our content. When a page or email contains affiliate links, you will typically see a disclosure at or near the top of the content (for example: "This article contains affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.").

What Affiliate Links Cost You

When you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase, the price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link. The commission comes from the merchant, not from you. Using our affiliate links costs you nothing extra.

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence:

  • Whether we recommend a product or service — we only recommend tools and services we genuinely believe provide value to our community
  • The editorial content, opinions, or advice expressed in our articles, courses, or other materials
  • The accuracy or completeness of our product reviews
  • The order or prominence of recommendations in our content

If we believe a product is the best option for our audience and it does not offer an affiliate program, we recommend it anyway. Our recommendations are based on quality, relevance, and value — not on commission rates. Affiliate partners cannot pay for guaranteed favorable coverage, reviews, or placement in our content.

Material Connections Disclosure

Under FTC guidelines, a "material connection" is any relationship between an endorser and a product seller that might affect the credibility consumers give to the endorsement. Our material connections include:

  • Affiliate commissions: We may earn commissions from third-party companies when you click links on our website and complete a purchase or signup
  • Related entities: StartupBros LLC operates multiple brands and products including PRBot, House of Vibe, and other properties. References between these properties constitute material connections
  • Testimonials: Some testimonials on our website may come from customers who received discounted or complimentary access, or from individuals with other material connections to the Company. Where applicable, these connections are disclosed alongside the testimonial
  • Sponsored content: If any content on our site is sponsored by or created in partnership with a third party, it will be clearly labeled as such

International Compliance

In addition to FTC guidelines, we strive to comply with advertising disclosure requirements in all jurisdictions where our content is accessible:

  • United Kingdom: We comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance, and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
  • European Union: We comply with the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (Directive 2005/29/EC) and applicable provisions of the Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065)
  • Australia: We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010)
  • Canada: We comply with the Competition Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34) and the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards

Our Commitment to You

Affiliate commissions help support the ongoing creation of free educational content, tools, and resources on StartupBros. We are committed to:

  • Disclosing all material connections clearly and conspicuously
  • Never allowing commercial relationships to compromise the integrity of our content or recommendations
  • Only recommending products and services we believe provide genuine value
  • Updating this disclosure whenever our affiliate relationships or practices change
