Last Updated: March 18, 2026

This notice describes your rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws across the United States.

Our Commitment: We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

StartupBros LLC (“StartupBros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.

However, certain activities may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under the broad definitions used in some state privacy laws. We provide this notice to give you full transparency and the ability to exercise your opt-out rights.

What Counts as “Selling” or “Sharing”

Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, a “sale” includes making personal information available to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. “Sharing” under the CPRA specifically means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.
