Our Commitment: We stand behind the quality of our products. Each product includes a money-back guarantee for the period specified below and at checkout (the “Guarantee Period”). This policy outlines how our guarantees work and our general refund terms.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee on all new purchases. The Guarantee Period for each product is displayed on the product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase. Current Guarantee Periods are listed below.

From time to time, we may introduce new products with different Guarantee Periods. The Guarantee Period for any product is always displayed on the product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase. In the event of a conflict between this policy and the Guarantee Period displayed at checkout, the terms displayed at checkout shall govern, provided that the Guarantee Period at checkout is never shorter than 14 calendar days.

Guarantee Conditions & Eligibility

To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must:

  • Be a new customer: This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of the applicable product with StartupBros. It cannot be applied to subsequent purchases, renewals, upgrades, or reactivations.
  • Request within the Guarantee Period: Your refund request must be received within the applicable Guarantee Period (measured in calendar days from your original purchase date).
  • Account in good standing: Your account must not have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@startupbros.com with your account email and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

2. Standard Refund Policy

Outside of the money-back guarantee for new customers, the following terms apply:

Recurring Subscriptions (Inner Circle)

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. These recurring payments are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, your access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds or prorated credits are provided.
  • Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Lifetime Memberships (House of Vibe)

  • Lifetime memberships are eligible for the money-back guarantee for new customers only.
  • After the applicable Guarantee Period, lifetime purchases are non-refundable, as they provide access to the platform for the operational lifetime of the product.

Upgrades and Downgrades

  • When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. No cash refunds are issued for upgrades.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns about a charge. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us will result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of all access to the Service, including any content, community access, and membership benefits.

If a chargeback is filed and subsequently reversed, we reserve the right to charge a $25 administrative fee before reinstating your account. Repeated chargeback abuse may result in permanent account termination.

4. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Users who have previously received a refund from StartupBros for the same product (the money-back guarantee is a one-time benefit per person, per product)
  • Evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: downloading or copying substantial course content before requesting a refund, creating multiple accounts to exploit the guarantee, or sharing account access with others
  • Refund requests received after the applicable Guarantee Period

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings within your account dashboard. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date.

6. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area ("EU/EEA"), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase or subscription contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason, as provided by EU Directive 2011/83/EU (the "Consumer Rights Directive").

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments you have made, less any proportionate amount owed for Service already provided (see below), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Subscription Services (Inner Circle)

Subscription services providing ongoing access to community features, live events, and periodically released content are classified as digital services under EU Directive 2019/770. By subscribing and providing your express consent at checkout via a separate checkbox, you request that performance begins immediately during the 14-day withdrawal period. You acknowledge that:

  • You will be required to pay a proportionate amount for the Service provided up to the point you notify us of your withdrawal; and
  • Once the Service has been fully performed within a billing period (i.e., the billing period has expired), you will lose your right of withdrawal for that billing period in accordance with Article 16(a) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

The proportionate amount is calculated as: (Subscription Price ÷ Days in Billing Period) × Days of Service Used. If you did not provide express consent for immediate performance at checkout, you owe nothing for the Service provided during the withdrawal period and are entitled to a full refund.

Digital Content Exception (One-Time Purchases)

When you purchase access to digital content (including course materials, recorded lessons, templates, and downloadable resources), you will be asked at checkout to expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

This consent must be given via a separate, unchecked checkbox at checkout. Pre-checked boxes, implied consent, or acceptance of general terms and conditions do not constitute valid consent under EU law. We will confirm your consent on a durable medium (email) as required by Article 8(7) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

This waiver applies only to digital content that has been delivered to you (i.e., content you have accessed or that has been made available for download). For drip-fed content not yet released, the withdrawal right remains intact for those unreleased portions.

If you did not provide express consent via the checkout checkbox, you retain the full 14-day withdrawal right regardless of whether you have accessed any content. In that case, you owe nothing for content already provided.

Free Trials

If your subscription began with a free trial period, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date the original contract was concluded (i.e., when you signed up for the free trial), not from the date the paid subscription begins.

Renewal Cycles

The right of withdrawal arises once, at the conclusion of the initial contract. Automatic renewals do not create new withdrawal rights, provided you were clearly informed of the renewal terms at the time of initial purchase.

Relationship to Money-Back Guarantee

Our product-specific money-back guarantees (Section 1 above) may exceed the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and offer broader protection. If you are an eligible EU/EEA consumer:

  • Days 1–14: You may withdraw unconditionally under EU law (subject to proportionate charges for services used or content accessed with valid consent), or claim the money-back guarantee if within the Guarantee Period.
  • After day 14: Only the money-back guarantee applies (if still within the Guarantee Period).

The EU withdrawal right and our money-back guarantee are independent rights. We will apply whichever mechanism provides you the greater benefit. You cannot receive double reimbursement for the same payment.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU/EEA law. Where any provision of this Policy conflicts with the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, the mandatory law shall prevail.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Existing purchases are governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
